In the framework of the “Peace Across The Sea” project, we are looking for a Technical Support Person to assist the training team during 5 online meetings scheduled in June and July 2025. Each meeting will involve approximately 20 participants from Australia and Indonesia. This is the timeline (each meeting will start at 15:30 Semarang time / 18:30 Sydney time): 30 June 2025, Monday – Introductory meeting (60 minutes) 7 July 2025, Monday – 1st module (120 minutes) 14 July 2025, Monday – 2nd module (120 minutes) 21 July 2025, Monday – 3rd module (120 minutes) 28 July 2025, Monday – 4th module (120 minutes) The tasks include: preparation: contributing to the creation of the timeline of each meeting, working online with the training team (this will require communicating through emails and Whatsapp, and working with Google Drive to prepare the meetings); assisting the training team and the participants during the online meetings (admitting participants, monitoring the chat, creating breakout rooms, launching surveys, sharing files etc); ensuring that the meetings are recorded and share the recorded files with the participants; assisting the training team with reporting tasks; OPTIONAL: contributing to the training modules by conducting a session. Requirements: Availability to join the 5 meetings (connecting 30 minutes before each meeting); familiarity with Zoom; good level of English; there is no age limit. Especially people between 18 and 30 years are invited to apply; resident in Indonesia or Australia (nationality is not a requirement); Interest or experience in the topic of the training course will be advantageous, but it is not essential.
